Cryptocurrency Regulation

I think there are people who see crypto as being a more neutral rule of law than some of the alternatives of actual law. My bias about US regulation is that Congress is such a difficult time legislating on controversial topics and like it's hard to imagine a comprehensive crypto bill being passed, not impossible, but hard. I think it's going to be much more messy and ad hoc in ways that are probably bad for crypto.
