Operation Valkyrie

Operation Valkyrie was a contingency plan set up with Hitler's signature to control the reserve army of Germany. So it was basically, I couldn't tell if it was like our reserves over here. They weren't out fighting and on the front lines, although they could be called. It says that they were called up to support the front. You call up the National Guard sometimes here in the United States.
