CAT Supervision

The training I did last week reminded me that it's all in the room, and the interest subjectivity is the work. And what I loved about the CAT supervision model that they were embodying is when you map the process. However, you shouldn't then put down the CAT frame and pick up EMDR, which I think can be the problem with too much picking and choosing of integration.
