I think it's really interesting what you said about if in hindsight you wouldn't start with auditing but you'd actually start with that kind of almost like benchmarking the the knowledge level across the organization. If people don't understand how to build accessible products and how to design accessible products then all of those problems are just going to come back in three months down the line. I remember them being sort of very supportive and non-judgmental which I think is really important because I think you have to really buy one where it's okay for people to ask questions"
