Trorma - The Connection Between Community and Troma

Trorma is generally about the lack of self revealing. It's about feeling that you've got something that you don't want to expose to other people. When we feel a sense that we're all in it together, it seems to be incredibly enriching. The most critical thing for work right now is that a lot of us have thought th amount of organization. And i think we've lost sight of that to some extent.
