The Importance of Collaboration in Organizational Change

We're at an inflection point with this technology that is changing things very rapidly and probably will continue to in unintended ways if it's not used very deliberately. And so maybe the coffee shop people, maybe they should start a course. I think people will have to do these things together because it's not easy. It requires a special kind of skill and organizational principles. You know, could AI be a team member in this co-creation? Could I be the gopher? yeah. Yeah, AI is a gopher. That is I have these, I know I have to put something together and I'm good at doing this but I'm not good at doing that or I don't
