The Problem of the Factory Worker or Truck Driver Who's Lost His Job

I'm a supporter of free and competitive market economies, as you are. And I think they're important. But on the other side, there's actually a real person who really lost his job. It doesn't do them any good to say, well, you know, don't worry about it. Everybody else is doing better. Alasha: How do we as a society deal with that? The best way to address it?
