When you're through formal education, when you suddenly become a young parent, there's no routines unless you create them. And of course, that is a floundering experience. Yet basically, basically, you had all the advantage of routine, yes, but it was baked into the existing systems. When you have those routines and you don't have children, you're also responsible, primarily for you. You know, you have this human being who you can't control.
Two weeks ago I shared some thoughts on "the genius of routines" and the response from listeners was off the charts. Questions poured in. In this Q&A episode, my wife Anna joins me to respond to these questions and share immediately applicable and realistic ways to apply routines in families. This podcast episode is not just for people in the c-suite: it's for parents, managers, employees: and everyone who wants to put routines to work for them in the real world.
