The first time the baby is exposed to bacterias when it's coming down through the mother's birth canal, how is it that they're not completely in shock? And so one reason my be that they've been exposed to small amounts of bacteria when they're inside their mother. When they'r coming out, thiys sould have been what's called immune educated. So they've seen a little bit, and so they know, ok, this is normal, this is ok. And we're finding that they are actually activated immune cells in the fetus in tis intestine and in other parts of its body - which suggests at something must have activated them. What is that? Are
