The Learning Process at the Firm
When you first arrived at the firm, what was the learning process that you went through? You learned from other who may have the ability to ride their winners and press their winning trades. It maybe put out smaller feelers on trades that they didn't know, and then trade at larger when it started to move their way. And i think overtime, you just start getting in conversations with people and picking a lot of that up.
