Cleopatra's Pregnant Child, Ptolemy Philadelphius
Cleopatra is having another child, this one named after Ptolemy. She's had pregnancies in 48, she has a son to Caesar 48, 47. If it is for pregnancies, even that is not a lot over what a 10 year period pretty much for Hellenistic queen. So I think she's doing exactly the right thing. This is her plan. She wants this many children and she's clearly in charge of that. It's really dangerous. She could die through any of these pregnancies. But she does want to consolidate her dynasty.
