Criminal Justice Reform in Colorado

The new Colorado law is an important piece of police reform legislation. Police officers can be sued for damages or injunctive relief for violations of the state constitution. The provision that is really, is really amazing and in which this has not been duplicated anywhere. It's possible that we are going to see more lawsuits that rely on the state Constitution.
