How to Wake Up Your Body
Take a big inhale and stretch your body long, reaching your hands and feet in the opposite direction. As you exhale, bend your knees and bring them to your chest. Wrap your arms around and just give a gentle squeeze. This can really help to loosen up the lower back. It also gets your legs above your heart - it's an inversion. And so it really helps to get the blood flowing and wake you up.
