Getting FFFMPEG on Your Machine Is Your Responsibility, Right?

The Flutter engine owns certain things that get in the way. An alternative is to just send a message over to C code and say, Hey, C code, paint the Mandelbrot set for me. And then your C code paints a million pixels on its own thread. That still doesn't really work because you still have to get those pixels into the flutter engine,. But in concept, but for that one problem of shared bitmap memory, you could let the C code figure out how to paint it.
