i just want to keep my number one knife, like, as sharp as possible. So im always serving n the same board. Most o my shapers don't even put them on the board. I have a twin pin from si and then i have a harmonic nother one from wain a. It works very great too. All dem inly have my favort boards here. My dad like to send some of them home for me to hawaii,. cause i'll be headed there in a few months or in a month, i think. But then my last port, i have a fish beard and a sampler.
