Green Flake's Pioneer Metal
Green flake was part of the vanguard pioneer company that came to salt lake city. He's one of the very first people to enter into the valley. What makes green flake unique is that he was an african american, and he was a slave. The family offered him his freedom, but he was sixteenad didn't have anywhere to go so he stayed with them. And after that, there were times when he was treated as a family member, and other times when hewas treated as a slave.
