The Evolution of Time Travelers

Former aviator Eric Julian claims that extraterrestrials are extra-temporal or time travelers. These beings from another plane of existence were responsible for most, if not all, alien and UFO sightings on Earth in the past half century. The main problem with this theory is that there's no possible way to prove or disprove it. If these beings really aren't bound by time, space, dimension, or the laws of physics as we understand them, there's no concrete way to produce evidence of their existence.
