The Importance of Past, Present, Future Past Experiences

Future templating is about installing experiences here in this present moment that my future self can reference and build upon. And so really conceptualizing the work we do on the whole timeline is part of the foundation of AIP. The other thing that she shared that was really useful was this concept of when somebody comes into the ER and has a broken bone, it's really easy to go, oh, well, how did you break your bone? Skiing accident. But sometimes we get so distracted by the obvious thing on the surface that we forget to ask the next question. We forget to dig a little bit deeper.
