People are more likely to just grab something and put it in their art if they don't have to work hard to do it. And simply opening a freezer door is enough to make it differnt. It reminds me of that nudge movement, yes, but the wole nudge philosophy is based on stuff like this. You manipulate the environment to make the good things easier do and the bad things harder, and people end at behaving better.
