Comparability of Treatment for the Poor Countries
I'd like to disagree with that if I may, although technically I agree with Zhang Jin on everything. We're talking about the poorer country debt problem, not the emerging market and that's a completely different field than the emerging market in that you have heterogeneous actors offering loans with very different grand components. For China, the lender at relatively low rates, 3% or 4%, so on average the grand element is 20% and the market lands at zero grand elements. So it's getting more complex than applying the same treatment to everyone.
