Progressive Overload - The Foundation for All Successful Training
progressive overload is the foundation for all successful training. If you haven't changed at all, if you barely made any changes in years, it's probably because you're not falling progressive overload. Meaing one to three reps from failure using exercises that allow for proper joint stacking and proper alignment. The body wants to stay as small and weak and fat as you are right now. It has to expend a lot of energy in order for you to build bigger muscles. And then think about what can i use a great amount of load on? So we want something tha you can load a lot thouglright?
