GameStop and Harvey Zilke

Carl, why not just launch a competitor to steam? Steam does like $8 billion a year in revenue as a part of Valve. They're the reason why GameStop's been struggling for the last five years because everything's moved to instant gratification,. digital delivery of games. Why doesn't GameStop do that? It seems like the obvious strategy to go into when you have access to all the titles and consumers who would buy directly from GameStop.
