The Impossibility of Perfect Communication
For Peter as he identifies, for the idealist thinker, communication can be a coordinated solipsism at best. That is because there can't be a perfect communication. So in terms of mass communication that my first glance appeared to be getting people closer to a perfect form of communication, he identifies two broad forms.
