The Consciousness of the Social Institution
We don't really quite have a function like consciousness that parallels the intelligence, the proceduraized intelligence we have in social institutions. And so youre your con i mean, there's this constant back and forth that's trying to constantly recalibrate, right? And re configure the your procedureal your procedure abilities, right? Yes. Goting wen, the thing we need, right, and that tends to sory. But what we see increasingly is we see the attempt to procedureliseand wheter it comes ot, what therit comes out is,. but we tend to try and create more and more rules to replace judgment.
