The Effects of TMB on Metastatic Disease
The thought process for metastatic disease is even harder because you've got big amounts of tissue to deal with. You're not trying to clear or reduce the relapse rate of a patient who's had the majority of their tumor removed. On the other hand, if you have a lot of tumor, you might have more for the T cells to be trained on. I think there's a lot of skepticism or worry that metastatic disease just at last this is won't work.
