The secret sauce we had was definitely being able to industrialize our use of program languages kind of consolidating two or three, and lucky enough to use this toolkit that had been developed by a company much bigger than us Twitter. That was the reason we were able to scale up SoundCloud with you know 200 engineers Spotify Apple music all these people had thousands of people. Well we didn't even know we would need in terms of food balancing and scalability all the stuff inside so I think when it comes to technical strategy which I think is extremely important part of technical leadership.
