Building Lumber Is Not Down, Is It Really?
We were able to put an offer in as it was being built. And so we had some say over, because the builders these days just assume that the smarter and more online the home is, the more desirable it is. So yeah, I mean, there are certain things that the whole house is not analog, right? We live in modernity. But it is managed and purposeful. There's not probably nearly as much smart activity in the home as the writer left with me if I had to guess.
