You've got no excuse. You're going, just fine 20 minutes a day to feed your brain with knowledge. Why don't you buy a house now when you want to live in it and then rent out room to a lodger to bring in some more cash? But also start thinking about commercial property now. Wish I had started thinking about it at your age. So if you get your first little office that you run your business from, start manifesting it. The more you start doing stuff, the more it becomes reality. And you're like, yeah, I can do this.
