With es build and TypeScript, I could not find a way to leave the dot JS off. So that's just a V thing then sometimes I get confused about what's a V thing and what's not because I haven't written an extension on any of my files. Are you are you compiling your back end with V? I didn't even know you could do it. You know, yeah, I'm so used to that just not with esm straight up. Yeah, you can’t!
