The Importance of Process in UX

Every client is unique and every organization is unique so you can't stick to your process 100%. I've designed a bajillion apps and websites and products never done it the same way twice. And ultimately one of the really great themes here at UXLX was kind of the process is people. People are messy which means that your process will inevitably be messy. That's what makes people in this business such a lovely mess.
