The Importance of Diversity in American History Education
Jenny Martinez wrote an op-ed defending her decision to ban a speaker from the law school. In it, she said that free speech is not in tension with diversity and racial inclusion in the United States of America. "The fact that some people say terrible things does not mean that the concept of free speech as a value...isn't in tension with the commitment to diversity"
