The automation piece is really the piece behind the scenes, which is capturing the intent of that conversation you want to have with thet chat agent. And doing that at scale, hundreds of millions of times a day,. To do that, you do need that automation. The automation comes an if in the back end, there are tons of systems of records. One of the most important ones, obviously, is the c r m itself where sails force and others play a big role in that. So having these automation capabilities built in, the wook flows built in, super critical to create that engagement with the end users.
