Is There a New State Capitalism in the Global South?

More and more nation-states are being recruited as part of this deepening phase of neoliberalism. The national ruling elites for a lot of these countries are working completely in hand with the Western capitalist ruling class, right? They can place it in increasingly new ways to exploit the working class in the global South. And I feel like that's completely what's missing when we, you know, place of faith in multi-plarity. We're really only placing faith on a certain permutation of how global capitalism works,.
