Did you know that the way you slice something will completely change how you perceive it, enjoyment wise? I've done this experiment a number of times. You can take things that aren't delicious and turn them into something delicious fairly easily. Did you know that eating peanuts, even though they're fat, is highly correlated with losing weight,. ecause some kinds of fats are very satiating. And even though you take a hit on calories while you're eating em, they cause you not to want to eat for a longer period of time than you otherwise would have.
