Bank of england says that the growth of crypto could pose risks for financial stability. The bank called for enhanced regulatory and law enforcement frameworks, both domestically and at a global level. They wrote some market participants have expressed concern that an overly broad interpretation of this provisions definition of broker would capture certain individuals who are solelyin ved with validating distributed ledger transactions through mining, staking or other methods.
