Is Your Wholesale Channel Bad?
There is distinct no brand that i know that's 100 % vertically integrated. And for our listeners who are in retail, what are you willing to out source? That's probably the more important question than, am i keeping up in my doing what my competitors are doing? Because maybe it's not the right decision for some brands. Retail has always been an eco system. The notion of going direct makes it a singular party and that's where you get dangerous.
