What Not to Drink, Everyone?
In 1799, a physician named Pierre Léard reviewed multiple cases of spontaneous combustion. He found that victims are typically over 60 years old, female, and have some extra weight on their body. The victims also lead inactive lives and drink excessive alcohol. Dr. Léard finds that the scene of the spontaneous human combustion is usually near an external flame like a candle or fireplace.
