I Think It's a Question of Resourcing
I thought it was bad enough that we waited nine months for the first appointment. So in some ways, if for me, it seems that the service isn't well resourced. Actually, closing the tapestock is a good thing because people will get better care. I think had those things been regionalized and localized with experts and local children's hospitals, it's a question of resourcing.
