The Internet is full of behavior contracts. You can print one and literally use what someone else has already developed. Those contracts, if you have stick them on the fridge, that means that they own and you don't have to negotiate anymore with them. Parents with a biological or adoptive parent and a sibling with a conduct disorder are more likely to develop the disorder. And their kids whose biological parents have ADHD or alcohol use disorder or depression or bipolar or schizophrenia are also at risk for it.
