I've, I'm a Habitual Character and I Like to Quote Unwind
I usually take a dinner break between about six o'clock and about eight 30 local time. I'm often doing some stuff then but I'm not doing sort of what we might call pitched meeting so to speak during that time. That's the time I will, when my children were all still around that was, that wasa good time with them they're mostly dispersed now as are their friends. And then I think I tend to, I found I'm a very habitual character and so I almost can tell when it's getting close to 30 I'm going to go back to work. But there are things that I do that are much more kind of business management type things like mentoring kids
