When Sham Stops Running Your Life?
When i first was really actively working on my shame, and i came out as a lifecoach, because my shame kept me from ever saying i was a life coach outloud. I was wa too ashamed about it. And the reason i didn't come out was because i didn't want people to do that, to snicker about me behind my back.
