There was an early standards effort actually as it turns out, but not within a standards organization just among themselves. And they made this whole set of emails public after they finished because they wanted people to know how they got there. So we took that set of 2000 and they did almost no phone calling on it. They did it almost all on email. And we interviewed some people as well as analyzing over 2000 messages, we hand coded them.
