I met mark and i was just inspired. I saw it's potential to make us who we were, putting yourself ind your picture and your real iends and your real connection and your real birthday on line. And so i believed in the mission. He had energy and passion and big vision. We also got the world's best advice from my husband, dave. Mark and i didn't agree on a lot of substantive things at that point, and dave told me, so don't work any of those out. You never will. This piece of advice is just one of the ways that he lives on.

In just 6 years, Facebook grew to 2 billion users and 14,000 employees. How? Well, first, they hired COO Sheryl Sandberg. And she knew that to lead a fast-changing organization, you have to be as skilled at breaking plans as you are at making them.
