The Challenges of Building a House on a Tight Budget
The most recent challenge that has been most frustrating to clients has been the timeframe. Owners want to be given as many options as possible, but they almost always end up in a change order. If you have a tight budget, I'd recommend buying a house already built. But yeah, there's not that many of them. So many bad houses.
