We're not born with these limiting beliefs of thinking, i'm not good enough. Some people in authority, from people who influence is at that young age. We don't stop to check them out until it's too late. Most people don't notice because they're already overwhelmed or feeling stressed. But just noticing is the first step and so being able to even notice it is amazing.
