Are Women in Senior Positions More Competitive Than Men?

Under the status quo, in Colombia, women were very co-war. They were more competitive as men. And the one that were victimized, they were even more competitive. So this is totally valuable. Because we change the social norms. Slowly slowly, but it changes thesocial norms. But then we have a difficult situation whereby in a society, whereby most of the top positions are dominated by men. Most of the executives and senior management are still male. Then women who go for those top jobs suffer in terms of losing their husband's love and affection. How would you change that?
