Is There a Way to Improve Childcare?

I feel like demonizing capitalism is such a knee jerk sort of easy fallback. I mean, if families can't work, there are not going to be enough workers. You see organizations like the Chamber of Commerce Foundation really starting to talk about and fight for better childcare. It's a societal problem, and things can't function when parents, but particularly mothers can't work at all.
