The Importance of Alternative Seating in a Classroom

I recognized early on that we needed to move our bodies and my students needed time in their day. Alternative seating is really important, especially with kind of the new way of a flexible seating. At this point, I do have standing desks in my classroom. We have lap desks, wobble chairs. We have study crowds. It's another way for students to learn. There's a time and a place.
