Gan: I know there'v been lots of studies that cano show the effectiveness of just taking five minutes to meditate. Gan: But sometimes people push all this too much as the magic bullet and and the cure. So for me, t the move is to find something that works. And it's journalling, mind mapping, meditation, i think those are all different ways that i relax my brain. Once i get there, good things happen in my life, right? Right? That's awesome.
