Was this crash maybe not enough deal to really trigger many changes? No, it is. I mean, none of these were lessons. Nobody learned something never thought of before. It just gave much greater weight to things people have been doing anyway. The biggest single change, or the one obvious single changes, ive been trying to get a formal draw down control policy.
